Fresh, high-quality meat is the most important thing. But it's just grilled. I could do that at home... No sauce, no attempt at flavor, unfortunately. The owner and staff are friendly.

The owner is very particular about what you order; don't ask for too many carafes of water—you should have measured your thirst before coming. In short, for a restaurant where the bill for a table of six is ​​around €250, they shouldn't be cutting corners and should instead be generous to retain their customers. Otherwise, the servers are good but very busy. Once seated, and aside from the occasional complaints, the music isn't too loud, and the place is pleasant, so it's nice. It just goes to show that progress is always possible 😁.
