A sushi restaurant, in my opinion, is judged by the quality of its tuna. Here, it's exceptional, as is everything else, to be honest. The ingredients are fresh; part of your menu will feature the morning's catch (from Lorient). You immediately sense that the chef is passionate about his cuisine and puts his heart and soul into it. The service is quick and efficient, accompanied by helpful advice on the order of tasting to delight your palate. The ginger is exceptional; it melts in your mouth, not too strong, but perfect for ensuring a smooth transition between flavors. As for real wasabi, alas, there's no magic bullet—we are in Brittany, after all—but honestly, with this fish, I almost advise against adding any seasoning. Finally, the atmosphere is very calm, with pastel colors that allow you to relax. Soft music—like Moby (respect). Among the criticisms: - The price: €70 for a menu for two, but contrary to what you might think, there are plenty of dishes. - No air conditioning (or at least they didn't turn it on at lunchtime). This restaurant is very popular (book in advance), so it can get hot very quickly. - Located right in the city center, parking can be a problem. It would be good if customers were given information about this when making a reservation (address of nearby parking, etc.).

Second visit and the same magic again... The fish is absolutely fresh, exceptionally delicate, simply extraordinary. Between the impeccable quality of the dishes, the kindness of the chef and the waiter, and the warm atmosphere, everything is perfect. A true gem that we wholeheartedly recommend!

The sushi was good and high quality, but I felt pressured and like I was being pushed to order and pay more... not very pleasant

The welcome and service were perfect. The products were fresh and of high quality. We had a yuzu mojito, a generous duo menu, and a delicious matcha tiramisu. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back.
