04/07/2026: Hello, I was disappointed with our salmon flammenkuch; the Emmental cheese wasn't browned (so it wasn't cooked). Perhaps try adding cream, salmon, and Emmental first. Otherwise, the service was very pleasant with attentive staff. I will come back soon!
