I've been a customer for almost 16 years and have never been disappointed!

The sushi is excellent and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. I recommend it.

The best Japanese restaurant in the area (Belfort, Montbéliard, Héricourt), hands down! I eat there 2 to 3 times a month... I can't live without it... Number 1!!!!!

"Seriously, I swear on my mother's life, this restaurant is insane 😭 We thought we'd just have a quiet meal, but it turned into a full-blown experience. Even when the order arrives, you don't even need to taste it to know it's going to be incredible. The presentation, the smell, the colors, everything makes you hungry instantly. The salmon? Amazing. Ultra fresh, it melts in your mouth like butter. The rice is perfectly cooked, not dry, not weirdly sticky, just perfect. Even the sauces are so good, even though I usually don't even touch them. And the portions are ridiculously generous 😭 Honestly, it's been a long time since I've eaten something where with every bite you look at your friend like, 'Wow, this is so good.' We were literally silent for 10 minutes just because we were eating 😭 And the worst part is that even after you finish, you want to order again right away. No weird tastes, everything is fresh, clean, and well-prepared." You can tell this isn't the kind of restaurant that does things halfway. I sincerely believe this is the best Chinese/Japanese restaurant I've tried so far. And I've been to quite a few. They've set the bar incredibly high. Anyway, if you see this comment and are still hesitating: go for it. I swear on my mother's life, you'll understand from the first bite.
