My regular hotel in Paris. It's a short walk from Gare Montparnasse, where buses from the airport depart. The closest metro station is Gaîte. The Rue Daguerre and other attractions are nearby. The 13th arrondissement and Luxembourg Gardens are also within walking distance.

The service at the front desk was excellent. They spoke kindly and slowly, understanding and explaining my broken English. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but was still quite tasty. The room was the only thing that was bad, but in a way, I felt it was worth the price. I was particularly bothered by the fact that noises from above, below, left, right, and in the hallway could be heard as if there were no walls. I could hear everything, including the sounds of people running down the hallway in the morning and my neighbors talking loudly at night. The only amenities were a TV and an electric kettle. I found the lack of a refrigerator a bit inconvenient. The location is also convenient, with easy access to tourist spots by bus and train with no transfers. I did have to walk about 10 minutes.

It was a great value for the money. I was very satisfied with the daily cleaning, the room was more spacious than other hotels, the delicious breakfast, and the friendly staff. The room had a bathtub, which was great for relaxing. I made good use of bus number 92, which reduced the amount of walking required. When going to the airport, I recommend taking advantage of the bus transfers and departing from Port Royale. The nearest station listed on Google doesn't have an elevator and there are so many stairs that it's a real struggle. Port Royale has a fantastic elevator. Bon voyage everyone!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! 🗼 The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and stylishly decorated, and the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous—always ready to offer advice or assistance. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied.

Stable and quiet, recently renovated and freshly painted. A simple breakfast is provided, which is nice. Convenient transportation. The room is small, and the shower drains a bit slowly.

It was a bit of a walk from the nearest subway station (Line B) from the airport, but the room was comfortable enough to recover from the fatigue. The best thing about it was that it had a bathtub. I think I got the lowest-ranked room, but I was pleased. There was enough space to open two suitcases, and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. I wish there was a bit more variety. The female staff at the venue had lovely smiles. I went during Christmas, and the costumes were cute. I think it was a great value hotel, as I was able to stay in Paris for less than 10,000 yen per person. The surrounding area was also quiet. The subway and bus stations are nearby, so it's easy to access various places. (Maybe we got a slight discount because we stayed for four nights?)

The room isn't super spacious, but the bedding and bathroom are clean, and the room is warm. The front desk staff are friendly. The coffee pot in my room was really dirty, so I asked for clean water, and they provided it right away! The location isn't close to the subway (about a 7-minute walk), so it's a bit disappointing, but I'm satisfied with the price!

Hotel in a pretty good location. Currently under renovation. Price per night with breakfast: €169. The room was clean. It was small and very compact. This should be mentioned, especially regarding the toilet and shower cubicle. It's not designed for all body types. Very friendly staff. Full breakfast. A bit pricey for the price, but hey, it's Paris...
