The dishes are delicious and plentiful. The staff is pleasant. It just lacks a little space. But I highly recommend it!

We travelled from Lesneven and were on Holiday in France and travelled from UK, so we were not sure about restaurant opening times. Firstly we struggled with food on the highway as no services were in short distance, so we landed in Caen. After half an hour we located some restaurants close, and it was 2.30 pm. We went around to each restaurant for food, but none of the kitchens were ready to serve as they said they were closing and the kitchen was closed as it was Sunday. After an hour we were so hungry, but no food options. Then we stumbled across at Kashmir, he was also supposed to close at 2, but customers were there who just left 30 mins ago. He had even his wife food packed ready to go and had return back to the restaurant soon in 2 hours. Despite that he offered to serve us takeaway. We ordered 2 seekh kebab portions n he gave us complimentary rice. We were starving n that food was like heaven, but honestly it was very tasty. The plain rice had a very different flavour and we loved it. We don’t know how to Thank you, but really appreciate your kindness. Thank you so much once again Mr. Samaritan.

Very good and beautiful Indian restaurant at the foot of the Caen castle, fast service, fair price and good products, we also appreciated the setting and the decor. Smiling waiter.
