Best Cheesenaan. Few, but very good dishes. Cheap. Perfect to take with you. The interior design is practical, not pretty. We don't care. The food is great.

I discovered this restaurant when I was a student in Aix-en-Provence. Years later, I still go there from time to time and recommend this place. The owners are very nice and special mention to the Chicken Tikka which is excellent!

13/09/2024: Good food in a lovely atmosphere Café gourmand was very generous
12/09/2024: Tested a few days ago with a friend. The place is well positioned in the center of Aix on a nice little square. I regret the fact that the tables are so close together.... The cuisine is a bit "catch-all"... but overall the portions are ok, it's good, well presented... but, Aix obliges, a little too expensive for what it is. Nonetheless, I had a great time.

01/09/2024: Was expecting a bit more, the side dishes were poor as the main courses were good. The cream brulee was average at best. Apple tart was very hard to cut on the bottom, apple flavors were nice, as a bit more cream on the side would have been nice. The salads were very good.
31/08/2024: The trio and the duck legs were superb!
