Great butcher shop near Convention. The team atmosphere is great and the products are quality. If the meats and charcuterie are basically excellent, special mention for the processed products (rotis of all kinds, paupiettes, etc...). Lots of choice, excellence with always a top-notch welcome. The prices are in line with those of Parisian neighborhood butchers, so no complaints about the quality-price ratio.

I promised an opinion in case of satisfaction, here it is. At a justified price, two friendly and competent young butchers served me a slice of high quality rib-eye steak. Perfectly matured, very tender and tasty. Thank you for the welcome and the goods. I will definitely come back there again when I am in the area...
