Excellent restaurant for meat lovers, impeccable service!

This is one of those memorable culinary moments. There were two of us, and for starters, we shared the fried chicken balls on a bed of fried shredded potatoes with a touch of fresh cilantro. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, we loved them. Camargue sea salt and Tabasco sauce were available for the more adventurous. For our main courses, we ordered the pulled beef burger and one of their best-sellers: the beef ribs. The burger was excellent, with a soft brioche bun, perfectly cooked pulled beef, a creamy cheese sauce, and caramelized onions that completed the dish. The fries were perfectly crispy, just the way we like them, served with a subtly flavored garlic mayonnaise. The beef ribs were simply incredible. The kind of meat that makes you want to come back for more. No doubt the meat is cooked in a covered container for several hours at a low temperature, resulting in a flavorful, incredibly tender dish with a light caramelization and a beautiful color. At the first bite, the meat practically falls apart, and the aroma is instantly mouthwatering. With the famous fries and garlic mayonnaise mentioned earlier, it was the perfect combination. The woman who served us was very pleasant and smiling. The restaurant is clean and air-conditioned, which is very welcome during this heatwave. The seats are comfortable. Takeout is available. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food; it truly tastes homemade. We went on a Saturday at lunchtime; it wasn't crowded, and the place was calm and peaceful, perfect for a romantic meal. The portions are generous, and we didn't need dessert because we were more than satisfied. It was our first time there, and it won't be the last. Well done to the chef, well done to the team! A real treat and a wonderful discovery that restores confidence in these difficult times.

We ordered both types of pulled burgers: chicken and beef. The concept is good and well-executed. Honestly, it was very good; I really enjoyed it. The restaurant is pleasant and, above all, very clean, which is a nice touch.

My first visit to this restaurant, with a friend, was an exceptional culinary experience. Every dish was incredibly flavorful. I opted for the three tacos, while my friend chose the beef carpaccio, burrata, and fries with meat. The chef demonstrated remarkable skill, from the cooking and seasoning to the perfectly balanced sauce. Although I'm generally demanding and rarely satisfied with what I eat, this meal undoubtedly deserved a 5-star rating. Thank you so much!
