Half the time the chicken is reheated, very dry and tough; I barely eat anything and throw it in the bin. It's a shame, it's always a gamble 😬

The service was very slow... we arrived very early at lunchtime, before it got too crowded... but we waited 40 minutes for two meals... And we weren't the only ones waiting so long... for a fast-food restaurant, that's not great.

Disappointed because we paid extra (€3) for the Minion figurine and banana sauce (€1.65). Both were out of stock without warning. We had to go and ask for the two missing items, and instead we received a much cheaper, plain sauce and cards. Without asking, we wouldn't have received anything... and the chicken burgers weren't cooked properly, nor were the onion rings. In short, a disappointing detour. A shame.
