A phone call to the KFC in La Valentine, and what a pleasant surprise! I spoke to Michel, I think he was the assistant manager, and the welcome was simply outstanding. Well done, Michel, for your kindness, professionalism, and patience… He took the time to answer my questions about the Twister sandwich clearly and courteously, demonstrating a true sense of service. We dined on the small upstairs terrace. The food was flawless. For €54, you get a complete menu including an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. The menu offers a varied selection, and the flavors are cleverly combined to create a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!
