01/10/2026: We've been coming to this restaurant for several years, but unfortunately, for us, the experience ends here. The service isn't bad per se, but we remember a time when it truly lived up to the establishment's standards. Just a few years ago, we came regularly, sometimes even once a week for lunch, especially to the magnificent olive press room. We particularly remember a young woman who was always smiling, very well-groomed, with her hair pulled back, who knew the menu perfectly and really knew how to make us want to try the dishes. The service was natural, warm, and impeccable. Today, we unfortunately feel the complete opposite. The servers give the impression of reciting a memorized script rather than genuinely welcoming customers. The head waiter lacks spontaneity, and the owners' welcome seems much less warm than before; there's a lot of tension in this establishment. On top of that, the prices have increased considerably, without us seeing a comparable improvement in the quality and experience offered. It's a shame, because we enjoyed this place for a long time and came here with pleasure for several years. But today, the price, quality, and service no longer meet our expectations. We therefore prefer to cherish the memory of what this restaurant was like a few years ago.

David, the owner, is very helpful. They also organize themed evenings, creating a great atmosphere! This restaurant/wine shop is a wonderful discovery that we highly recommend.

06/10/2026: A terrible experience at the KFC in La Valentine, Marseille. We waited over 30 minutes without being served. After half an hour, we went to see the manager to find out about our order. He then told us there were still 11 people ahead of us. I explained to him that this wait time was completely unacceptable and in no way met the service standards one expects from KFC. His only response was to explain, with a smile, that he didn't have enough staff and couldn't provide the level of service expected of the brand. Several customers even asked for refunds due to this interminable wait. The manager seemed completely overwhelmed and helpless, and his only justification to the customers was the lack of staff. A disastrous experience that in no way reflects the image KFC is supposed to project. It is unacceptable to have to wait potentially more than an hour to be served in a fast food restaurant, when, for many people, a lunch break only lasts an hour.
