We ordered two Ultra Boxes. One with wings and cheese. The other with a burger and tenders. The portion of fries was far too small considering the price and the photos on the kiosks. We were really disappointed. The box without the burger didn't include sauces, so I had to buy them separately. Disappointing.

Today. Very quick service, but the fries they served me were frankly ridiculous (nothing in the packet). We pay €40 for a bouquet garni and don't even get mayonnaise or a paper napkin, knowing it's imported. The manager wearing a Nike jacket instead of his work clothes is really inappropriate. As far as I know, you're supposed to dress appropriately at work for reasons of hygiene and professional respect.

Thank you so much! 🙏 We arrived after the fast-food restaurant had already closed, and despite that, the team kindly and happily prepared our order.

I go to the KFC in Angers (next to Géant Casino) quite often each month using the drive-thru. I recommend being careful because the food itself is fine, but the preparation of the takeaway order is often lacking. There are often missing fries, mistakes with the drinks, 7 hot wings instead of 8, and if you don't ask for ketchup or other sauce, they don't put anything in the bag to go with the fries, no napkins, etc. The price always remains the same, and it's not my fault, but frankly, from now on, I almost always check to make sure nothing is missing from the bag. (Not always easy to check... especially at night).

I can only leave a good review, although from time to time as a regular customer I have been disappointed, but tonight was absolutely top-notch. The manager was very kind because I asked a rather annoying question at 11:00 PM: why wasn't there orange juice (Minute Maid), as I only drink that or apple juice? She answered me cordially, which I really appreciated; it's very rare these days.
