I'm looking for the Instagram account of chef Axel; is there a kind soul who could help me with this quest?

The service was very good, but one star less because the chicken was raw. Axel, please turn on the fryer!

I went there for the first time, and I loved it. Especially their chicken, and it was by invitation. I even shared the experience with my children and told them I'd take them there sometime, and I'm sure they'll love the chicken.
