There's always something missing from the orders, and the ice cream we ordered is really poorly served. The tub is more empty than full of ice cream. The trainer wasn't smiling, and her colleague pointed it out to her. Yet the restaurant wasn't very busy.

Hello, I come here because it's nearby and a nice change from Bangkok, but the staff needs to improve their politeness. Saying hello seems to be optional. I arrived at 5:25 PM and was served 20 minutes late because the wings weren't ready. There was no apology, even though there were only two other people eating. The person handed over the order without a goodbye or a nice evening. Anyway... I work in customer service, so I can help if needed. 😅 Order delays happen, but simply apologizing should be standard practice, and this isn't the first time.
