KFC sur Paris

The staff were very kind, especially one lady, which was lovely. However, I didn't receive table service; I don't know why, even though it's advertised everywhere. 🤣

The loyalty program not working Eat in but service from the desk and bring my own food to the table, no point in the table number. Food not properly cooked. Sauces not offered. Good, but I will not come back again.

A warm and pleasant welcome. With two spaces, which limits noise. A very good experience.

As for the food, we found the standard KFC menu, but I found the tenders a little dry, perhaps a cooking error? As for the service, the person who gave me my order (I think a manager) was very professional and attentive to the quality of service and customer relations. This is unusual for a fast-food restaurant, and it was definitely enjoyable!

This is the best fast food I've ever eaten in my life.

The service is generally good, the welcome remains polite even if sometimes a little slow at busy times. The order was well prepared, hot and in line with what I expected, which is always appreciated. The room is clean but could do with a little more attention at peak times. Overall, a satisfactory experience for a quick meal, without any big surprises but which gets the job done.

Honestly, the experience was mixed. The employees didn't smile at all; it felt like they were being forced to work. A little bit of a welcome makes all the difference when you come here. 😕 I ordered a Megabox, it was good, nothing to complain about. However, the packaging was a big problem: the cardboard bag had no handles or string, so you had to carry everything at arm's length. I think that's how it is in many fast food restaurants, but it's really inconvenient. And most importantly: the lid on the drink wasn't properly closed, and the same went for the ice cream... As a result, everything leaked into the bag. Honestly, a little more attention to packaging would prevent this kind of mess.

To be fair it's quite good for a kfc, fast service and prices are reasonable. Not the cleanest but ok overall.
