Good food, but not as crunchy as I expected. Terrible experience with staff, nervous and rather rude attendant. Not being French, I responded to one of his requests in English (in a polite manner and with a smile). He fell silent and snatched the receipt from my hand, pointing his finger at a product they didn't have and raising his voice abruptly, repeating in French who didn't have it. Result, sandwich paid more for bacon, received without bacon and without education

Takeaway order check that your order is complete. The lady who took care of my order on March 23, 2024 at 12:18 p.m. needs to do some training, you really have to be incompetent not to know how to follow an order!!!! I ordered 2 XL takeaway menus, I was in a bad car park and in a hurry, I did not check if the order was complete. I arrive home for lunch with my wife and there I see that the preparer forgot to put 4 tenders which were intended for my partner. Forced to return to KFC to ask for them, a big headache with the lady who begins by questioning my word, I tell her that she must have them since they were not in the bag or to check with the video surveillance cameras , she ended up giving them to me, I asked her if she could offer me an ice cream for my wife, or a commercial gesture for the inconvenience caused, she sent me away. The lady is so cool, she makes a mistake, something that can happen I can imagine, but not even an excuse. She ruined my day.

Personnels agréables dommage que le quartier ne soit pas bien fréquenté surtout le soir courage aux employés qui subissent les énergumènes de tout genre pas respectueux
