Out of 3 ice creams, 2 were in the bag, and one was missing: a chocolate sundae for an Ultra Box spicy burger meal, and no donuts for another €5 meal. Disappointing, no dessert. Punishment! There were no napkins either. You have to constantly check; it's tiring. I'll know for next time.

Disappointment, and yet this isn't like me at all. First of all: it's impossible to use the loyalty program at the self-service kiosks. Why? The chicken seems to get smaller every day. And don't even get me started on the fries. The large fry looks like a small one. Charging extra for the XL size on the buckets is simply unacceptable, and what about the drinks? Are they even XL? Given the price, the least you could expect is a decent and consistent presentation. I hope you'll take action.

18/12/2025: Fantastic experience! The pizzas were delicious, made with top-quality ingredients. The welcome was truly excellent, very warm, and the service impeccable from start to finish. A huge thank you for the attention they gave me for my birthday: a candle, a happy birthday message, and even a few little gifts 🥰 It's so nice to feel so welcome. I highly recommend it!
11/10/2025: Excellent pizzas and dishes in a beautiful setting and with great staff.
