Honestly, I wanted to leave a quick note because my visit to KFC was fantastic. The food was great, as usual, but what really makes the difference is the atmosphere. A big shout-out to the manager (I've forgotten her name, but she handled everything brilliantly during service). She's incredibly efficient, super friendly, and you can tell she knows how to lead her team with a positive attitude. It makes all the difference when you're greeted with a smile and good organization! Anyway, keep up the good work, it's very enjoyable. I'll definitely be back!
