I picked up a €5 meal at the drive-thru earlier and was served by a very friendly and smiling gentleman! :] It put me in a good mood and I just wanted to thank him for that. My food arrived quickly and it's KFC, so nothing amazing in terms of taste, but for €5 it's still a good deal!

I wish to express my dissatisfaction. Firstly, the drive-through kiosk needs to be replaced, both for the sake of customers and the comfort of the staff. We have to shout to be heard. Secondly, every time we come to the drive-through, it seems like there's a new intern. It makes you wonder why the customer knows the menu better than the employee. Thirdly, the staff is unpleasant.

My opinion of this KFC is largely the same as other customers': some days are good, some days are bad. Sometimes the chicken is perfectly crispy and really tasty, exactly what you expect from a good KFC. But other times, the tenders lack crispness and flavor, as if they'd been prepared a while ago and then left out. It's a shame, because when the quality is there, the experience is really great.
