Unfortunately, my experience at KFC on Av. de Nontraste was not the best. The service was quite slow, probably due to the lack of staff on a Sunday afternoon. The attendant brought the drinks quickly, but we had to wait around 15 minutes for the meals, which arrived incomplete and cold. The food, when served correctly, was below the usual KFC expectations. There is definitely room for improvement in service.

However, the cashier host had an impeccable welcome and was very polite.
My husband went to the drive this evening around 10:20 p.m. Great order taking, there were no more country wings (we don't blame them because it's normal, it's closing). So they added extra sauces to apologize. It was really great 👍🏾 The gentleman who served it was very nice. We never comment but we also have to say when it’s good :) thank you and see you soon.
