Phenomenal stuff. This banh mi will live on in my dreams. I had their 3 meat banh mi. Super tasty and under 5€ makes it unbeatable.

Khai tri is one of the first, even the first, to have introduced bánh mi to Paris; my first visits date back almost 40 years. Their bánh mi is always so good I recommend the real Vietnamese pork sandwich bánh mi thit

Bánh mi is good but not very tasty. Xôi gà disappoints me because it doesn't look like the image on the menu and a portion is very small, doesn't deserve the price. The staff is welcoming and the space is not very big, often for take-out.

06/04/2024: The dishes are homemade using fresh, quality products. Spring rolls are a delight for the eyes and the palate. Also let yourself be tempted by the bund, one of the best I have eaten. The welcome is very friendly in a vintage and warm decor. We feel really good there.
31/03/2024: The food was very good, fresh and homemade. Big shout out to the cooking lady- she is very sweet and welcoming. It is a pity though that they are very disorganised so there was not enough food and we could not order the main dish, only the rolls that we booked on the phone. They have a small menu, so it was surprising (on a week day at 7pm) not to be able to serve food. So better to call at noon and order in advance exactly what you want to eat .

23/03/2024: Very very good restaurant, small room, well decorated and friendly. Cuisine with great taste and the plates are really well filled. I recommend.
20/03/2024: The bo buns and banh mi are very good and affordable, I regularly take away
