I just went back and the chef makes amazing sushi 🍣, truly excellent, innovative, and refined. The service was very welcoming and the food was excellent overall.
We highly recommend it.

The sushi and maki were excellent, and the service was impeccable and very fast. The buffet was clean, varied, and well-presented, although I'm not a huge fan, hence the rating. In any case, I was very pleasantly surprised.
