This is our favorite Indian restaurant in Paris, both for the exceptional quality of the food and for the important occasions we celebrate there, especially our birthdays. The cuisine is always excellent, which is why this place remains our top choice. However, during our last visit, our enjoyment was somewhat marred by the service, which is a real shame. We had come to celebrate one of our annual events, as we have done several times before at this restaurant, always in a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. This time, a waitress tried to seat us in a very cramped space, crammed in with other customers, even though the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived. Not only did she refuse to help us find a better table, but she also went so far as to tell the other customers that we were "unreasonable." This attitude was arrogant, inappropriate, and unacceptable. Fortunately, her colleagues were much more professional and did their best to make us feel comfortable. We sincerely thank them for their efforts. We hope this incident will remain isolated, because the quality of the food deserves a service to match.

The food here is definitely the highlight—everything was delicious, but the chutney box is a must-try and really stands out. However, the service was a bit overwhelming. The managers and waitstaff are friendly,. Additionally, the cleanliness was just "okay"; there’s definitely room for improvement in maintaining the dining area. Great flavors, but the atmosphere and service style need some fine-tuning.
