I've been eating at his restaurant ever since I started studying abroad in 2005.

Definitely the oldest restaurant in the 13th arrondissement. I really like the Pho at "Papi's".

Wow wow. Absolutely delicious! And the mom at the counter was so sweet 🥰 I'm going to bring my mom over to try it.

I might have misremembered; I ordered a large bowl but received a small one 😅 You can return it immediately for a replacement.

A pho like you eat back home, or with family in a small, unpretentious, simple restaurant like you used to find in Paris in the 80s. The food is without MSG and the soup is super hearty.

This unassuming restaurant serves the best pho I've ever had! The servers are always very friendly, the service is quick, and the dishes are delicious, generous, and authentic. A reliable, no-nonsense place you'll happily return to.
