Kraken Bar sur Nice

My first night ever in Nice I found this gem of a bar. I asked why so many are dressed in pirate outfits. Turns out it's their closing down party. Tragic. But happy to have had the chance to experience this last hurrah!

Great service, place with atmosphere!

The Kraken Bar is ideally located in Nice's Old Town and is definitely worth a visit. The atmosphere is truly unique: between the rum barrels and the pirate theme, you're immediately transported to another world. The only slight drawback: unfortunately, not all the cocktails on the menu are always available. Despite this, the bar is captivating thanks to its ambiance and is the perfect place for an exceptional evening.

Our group of 10 visited Kraken one afternoon and all loved the cocktails. The owner was incredibly welcoming and even gave us a round of popcorn rum shots on the house. Prices are very good considering the amount of effort put into each cocktail, would recommend!

Fantastic bar with unique decor and superb cocktails, a huge shout-out to the Edward Teach—very spicy but so comforting! One of the few rum bars/bars in Old Nice that's worth a visit! Thanks, Captain!
