I ordered food to click and collect as I was staying nearby. I am not fluent in French so this made everything easier so I could get exactly what I wanted. The service was great, although my order was not ready when i got there they were clearly preparing it and I was kept informed. The food was also really tasty and so I would return here next time I am in Paris.
I attempted to contact Five Pizza Original without success. There was a significant error in the process. I placed an order for pizza via Uber Eats. When my delivery person, Kalaam, picked up the order, there was a thunderstorm. Despite delivering the pizza to me soaked in water, Kalaam accidentally cancelled the order due to the wet conditions. Although I did receive my pizza, the Uber Eats order was ultimately cancelled. I found Uber's customer service to be unsatisfactory. My attempts to contact Five Pizza by phone were unsuccessful. Therefore, I am sharing in the comments that Kalaam successfully delivered the pizza on time, despite the unexpected bad weather conditions. Also, I think Uber also cancelled the tip I gave him!
