I rediscovered the true taste of a Japanese restaurant. I first encountered Japanese cuisine almost 40 years ago in Paris... a magnificent menu with an excellent selection and authentic flavors for connoisseurs. I chatted with the manager (very friendly and a traveler who has been to Japan) and was treated to his specialty... I won't say more... I highly recommend it... enthusiasts will be delighted to find certain dishes. Thank you and see you very soon.
