Lovely place to have a quick bite for lunch or dinner. Staff is friendly and the food and price comp. Food was amazing especially the salmon and the tuna. Bentobox did look pre-made. Perhaps serve it in a plate or a proper dish for more ambiance look

The performance is insane! We've never been served sushi in 2 minutes flat before, and we checked the surrounding tables to see if it was a coincidence, but no, their service is simply extremely fast.

Hokkaido Sushi is definitely our favorite restaurant in Val d'Europe. For a lunch break between shopping trips or dinner after a day at Disney, this restaurant is ideal. No waiting, a varied and tempting menu, a beautifully decorated space, and friendly, smiling staff.
