I don't know much about consumer tastes when it comes to Japanese cuisine. I'm a fan of raw fish, sashimi among other things. Kyotorama in Etampes is unparalleled in terms of fish preparation and freshness, and the service lives up to the menu. I love it.
I still love going to Kyotorama with my family; it's always a great time and everyone in the family is so well taken care of.
The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy sometimes, but that's also a result of its popularity, which means the theaters are often very full.
We've been there several times, as a couple or as a family, and each time it's been a great experience. Of course, if it's busy, the wait is a little longer, but nothing out of the ordinary. A warm welcome, friendly and fairly quick service.
