The boss "Charlie" is a real talent, a real owner who has been with him for over 30 years and who knows the business. It's his restaurant, not yours, and makes it clear to you if you don't respect the codes of politeness, good manners, or respect. What's abnormal? The boss and the waitresses, war machines, in the kitchen, in the dining room, at the bar, they don't have the time to tell you about their lives or to listen to yours. Their concern is to serve you quickly and well! I have been frequenting this restaurant for several years from time to time. No fuss, Starters: simple and fresh Dishes: that of the day with Portuguese specialties and served Portuguese style (good quantity) or others a la carte Dessert: your choice and homemade! Café Delta and not Richard twists guts...so we have a second one. And if you are cool, and used to it, he offers you the little drop ;) And the ultra reasonable bill for quality and quantity.
