By chance, while strolling through Croizant, I was craving something to eat, but it was off-season and there was major roadwork, so I had no choice but to go to the inn. What a wonderful surprise! I chose to eat on the workers' side because I was dressed for hiking, and I didn't expect to find a salad of such high quality! Refined, generously portioned, accompanied by a good glass of white Gascony wine and a red fruit crumble for dessert: a real treat. All in a very pleasant village atmosphere. Sometimes things just work out for the best! 🥰

What a lovely surprise the day after Valentine's Day, in this rainy weather! A perfect welcome, a perfect explanation of the dishes, attentive waiters, and a truly amazing menu, all at a very reasonable price… we will definitely be back.
As a regular at this restaurant, I give it a 5/5 every time! The vegetarian option is a real plus! The food is delicious, and the menu changes regularly! They respect seasonal ingredients and work with local producers (some of whom are organic). Go without hesitation! Thank you for having such a high-quality restaurant in the area!!!
