L' Ermitage sur Cherbourg-Octeville

A very warm welcome. Royal couscous; I loved the delicate texture of the semolina; the fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked. Merguez sausage, chicken, beef, and lamb skewers... all cooked to perfection. Excellent value for money, with fresh ingredients. A chilled Boulaouane rosé to accompany it all; I had a truly delightful time. The best part was the elegant chairs with their "L'Ermitage" style backs. A lovely place for excellent couscous that I will definitely visit regularly.

A warm welcome awaited us at this restaurant where we ordered couscous to go and thoroughly enjoyed it. The vegetables were fresh and full of flavor, the meat was excellent, and the semolina was fine. An excellent place to enjoy couscous in a simple but impeccably clean setting. A treat, we had taken royal couscous to take away, we all enjoyed the meats very good, the semolina very fine and the vegetables a real treat for the taste buds ☺️and a very warm welcome thank you☺️

In our opinion, the best couscous in the region. The meats are of exceptional quality, cooked to perfection, and the vegetables and sauce are delicious. Everything is perfect. The bonus: the owners are extremely kind. We always return with great pleasure.

I've never eaten couscous so good. The skewers and merguez sausages were perfectly cooked, and the vegetables and couscous were delicious. The welcome was warm and a must-visit.
