Excellent welcome. The staff is pleasant. Breakfast is very basic.... I recommend keeping the scrambled eggs and sausages separate from the hot plate. Nice room.

A very charming hotel. The decor is exceptional. We stayed in a family room with a double bed and a single bed next to ours for our 3-year-old daughter. The bedding and linens were high quality. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The hotel is very quiet. Our room was above the parking lot, and we didn't hear a thing. I highly recommend it as it's very well located in Nîmes. Free parking.

Located in a commercial area, they've managed to create a relaxing haven. The room was very cozy, the only slight drawback being the toilet that didn't flush properly. The restaurant has a very nice menu and excellent service.

The receptionists and waitresses were very professional. The location and building were excellent, no complaints there. The restaurant menu was delicious. However, I'm giving it a 1-star rating because my room was above the kitchens, and I had to endure loud music and conversations between the chef and his sous-chef from 6 pm to 11 pm. It's a shame that even the receptionist's intervention didn't change the noise level. So, I spent my first evening listening to their playlist instead of my television. It's a pity, because everything else was perfect. A little more consideration for the noise level and the comfort of the guests above would be appreciated. Respectfully
