I loved your watermelon carpaccio. The setting is relaxing and shaded, in a very small hilltop village; you have to know where to go. Everything is well-cooked, well-seasoned, and very good. The menu is short but offers two choices, with or without meat, and it was delicious with very reasonable prices.
The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is equally excellent, with the best waiter ever, Michel. This place must continue to thrive; it's a haven of serenity and unique flavors in the Cévennes!
