A small restaurant in the heart of Saint Dalmas. The pinchas are very good, the ice cream delicious, and the setting incredible under the apple trees and surrounded by cows! Highly recommended.

In a charming rural setting, the welcome, service, and food are all perfect for a pleasant stay. We visited several times during our holidays and highly recommend this establishment.
We came for ice cream, then returned in the evening for pinsa. It was busy, but the young waitress who greeted us was very pleasant and did her best despite the crowd on the terrace. As usual, we had a lovely time and enjoyed a delicious meal!
We enjoyed our meal in the large garden under an apple tree. The pintzas were very good and generously filled, and the homemade ice cream was delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. A very pleasant experience.
Allow some time for lunch, but everything that follows deserves a 12 out of 10! I've never had a better Caesar salad anywhere. Super friendly service, great atmosphere in the garden under the apple trees.
