⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A couscous that touches the heart I've walked through the large dining room of this restaurant several times, and my first impression has never changed: I feel at home. The aroma of the couscous, its stew, and the lamb brings back childhood memories of watching my mother prepare this dish: her hands dancing to moisten the wheat grains, rolling them between her palms, swirling them in the sieve, transferring them to the top of the couscoussier, wrapping it in a damp cloth to prevent steam from escaping, mixing the semolina with the butter, and then placing these amber-hued pearls in a large dish. The first time I tasted this couscous, tears welled up in my eyes. Every time I visit this restaurant, I leave with Baraka, because the generosity of the chef, waitresses, and manager isn't just about serving a meal. Here, they don't just feed; they create a unique culinary experience, with authenticity and humility. Each time, I rediscover all the love my mother put into preparing this dish.
