A bistro/café run by Marc and his wife in Voisinlieu (a village-neighborhood of Beauvais). The drink prices are probably the lowest in Beauvais. There are about 30 seats for lunch. The menu is simple: steak and fries, hamburgers, etc., plus seven appetizers. To avoid getting bored, the best tip is to ask at least two days in advance what you'd like. For me, it's especially the traditional dishes: calf's head, tripe, couscous, pella, and tagine, etc. All at a very, very reasonable price.
