A truly unique and extraordinary place. The welcome was incredible; everyone was so attentive. We went to the bar where we enjoyed some sumptuous cocktails, then we went to the restaurant, which was simply exceptional. A huge thank you to the head waitress who found us two last-minute tables after I made a booking error. We will be back as soon as possible to try out the rooms.

A delightful Valentine's Day dinner. Beautiful table setting, with a wrapped and ribboned rose and its petals scattered about. I apologize, Chef Bézannier, for changing YOUR menu. I refuse to eat foie gras and veal. The delicious slices of smoked salmon with its smooth crème fraîche delighted my palate. The breaded chicken supreme roulade with its delicate purée was divine! My "Valentine" didn't change anything on the menu and thoroughly enjoyed himself. Thank you to the sommelier for choosing the wine for my husband, a Cairanne. As for the dessert, the "mouth" of fluff, crisp on the outside and so meltingly soft on the inside... pure bliss! Thank you, Chef! The meal was expertly served by the friendly and very smiley Kelvyn. I'm already looking forward to the next time. The breakfast the following morning was very generous, delicious (the hot chocolate... mmm) and very varied.
