Clean place, great reception :) We booked a room for 4 people and everything went smoothly :) The room was air-conditioned, the microphones worked well, etc... We had a pitcher of Moscow Mule, very good! I recommend it ^^

The welcome was excellent. It's just a shame there wasn't a system to activate video and photos on everything, especially when guests don't think of it or forget to do so. We wanted to have videos and photos of the Bam, but having forgotten to activate it on the tablet, we'll have to make do with the photos and videos from our phones. That's a real shame.

I loved the welcome, even at midnight the team was always so energetic! The person who showed us to the dining room gave us a fantastic welcome with clear and simple explanations: a true chef!! Bravo for the quality of service!! I give it a +++++ rating for service quality 🤩

The best Karaoke experience in my life. If you live in Paris, France or are simply visiting you have to go here if your loved ones. It is an experience that is one and only. Highly recommend!

This isn't our first time at this karaoke bar, and we love it! ❤️ Everything is top-notch: the service, the food, the drinks, and especially the atmosphere. It's always a real pleasure to come back. Just one small request: it would be great to add more recent Russian songs. Right now, the Russian playlist is mostly made up of songs from my childhood 😊. Great welcome and great evening

This was my first time trying BAM Karaoke. I was really looking forward to it, as it's a fairly well-known chain and I was expecting a slightly more upscale experience. The venue and decor are really nice, and there was air conditioning (which was very welcome). I also loved the fact that you can film yourself (first time I've seen that in a karaoke bar). You can add effects to your voice, which is really fun. I also found the blind test and duel modes very enjoyable; they're great little additions that make the experience more fun. On the other hand, I was quite disappointed with everything else. The tablet glitches a lot with a super slow keyboard, and it frankly became annoying very quickly, especially since everything is done through it. I also found the song catalog rather limited, especially compared to Karafun or Concerto. The lights and LEDs were also a bit of a letdown; I expected better. I didn't see a smoke machine either. But you really have to try it for yourself and form your own opinion. I really wanted to love this place because I adore karaoke, but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to my expectations. The venue is beautiful, but for me, the aesthetics didn't make up for the problems I encountered, and I don't think I'll be back.
