Cathedral perched high above. Beautiful cloister, remarkable organ, legend of St. Bertrand and the crocodile. Part of the visit requires a paid access with an audio guide. I recommend it.

An absolutely extraordinary visit. Following a Facebook post, I had the incredible opportunity to attend an exceptional tour of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges Cathedral, and that's no exaggeration. There were only two of us, which made the experience all the more special. Accessing the organ and the rood screen was a moment of pure, almost surreal bliss. The view was breathtaking, but above all, the emotion was palpable. You no longer just look at a monument; you feel it. The guide's infectious passion, combined with that of Elisabeth, the organist, transformed this visit into a truly human experience. She spoke to us about her instrument with fervor, humility, and love. An artist at the service of the organ, not the other way around—and that makes all the difference. A rare, unusual, and profoundly moving moment, a reminder that behind the ancient stones still live women and men deeply committed to their art. A precious interlude that I will not forget.

Beautiful little village on top of a well-protected hill, a beautiful view from the top over the surrounding plains, beautiful Cathedral located on the small square.

You have to go to the tourist office to get a ticket for the cloister which is well worth doing. The cloister is magical - ancient capitals, peaceful atmosphere and a sense of the divine. So glad I found this place.

A magical place, steeped in history! A rich heritage.

Charming little village. It has an old cathedral, as one of the branches of the Camino de Santiago passes through here. The village has a couple of public restrooms, a bar, shops, and a large free parking area.

Beautiful cathedral; we did a quick tour and saw the magnificent organ. We didn't pay for entry to see more.
