For a mountain restaurant, the quality is exceptional. Everything is homemade, unlike most mountain restaurants that offer frozen burgers and dry croque monsieur.
As for the price, remember we're at altitude! Transportation, service... everything is expensive.
Offering locally smoked salmon and rabbit with mustard sauce as daily specials is something I don't think many establishments can boast.
Homemade pastries, homemade whipped cream... what more could you ask for?
Thank you and best of luck to La Bergerie.
Thank you also to the smiling and competent staff.

A lovely family-run restaurant. You really notice this when something goes wrong. The soup arrived lukewarm by mistake. After complaining, the owner personally ensured that a new, hot vegetable soup was provided. Most importantly, it wasn't simply reheated; it was a completely fresh vegetable soup that tasted absolutely delicious when piping hot. This vegetable soup was simply perfect! The cakes were homemade, which was reflected in their excellent taste. I can highly recommend this little place and will definitely return.
