My partner and I spent two nights in the area. We came across the Bisetrot on the first night and we loved it so much that we went back the next day! The atmosphere is very warm, the decor is magnificent, we feel good there. The welcome is very friendly and we had a great time, great value for money. We highly recommend it.

Perhaps the best restaurant in Carnac! Diners seemed to be a mix of locals and tourists, and it was busy both times we ate there, deservedly so. The first time we had fall-off-the-bone souris d’agneau and a beautiful salad of avocado and fresh crevettes, followed by a luscious amandine with pears, chantilly, and chocolate, and an excellent crème brulée. The second time we had a fragrant cod dish and the best langue de boeuf I’ve ever had: silken texture and a phenomenal sauce. The husband-wife team who run Le Bisetro work very hard to ensure high-quality offerings and deserve your business!
