La Boîte À Mousse sur Soissons

Pure bliss this Friday, May 1st. The sun was shining, my favorite restaurant in Soissons was open—what more could you ask for? I almost forgot something very important, just as important as the quality: Marie's smile and humor. Salomé was equally delightful. The sushi bowl was amazing, and the dessert was simply divine. Thank you to Élodie for the presentation. A very friendly team and a place worth discovering. I think it needs no introduction. People will always go where there's good value for money.

The food is good, and there's a wide selection of drinks. It gets noisy on match nights.

While traveling in Soissons, we stopped at La Boîte à Mousse and received a very warm welcome in a lovely establishment. We enjoyed a delicious meal at a price that, unfortunately, isn't always easy to find. We highly recommend this restaurant.

A takeaway order that was far from great; the avocados were missing from both Spanish burgers we ordered, the kids' menu only included tenders, no drink or dessert, and the Uber Eats delivery arrived 15 minutes late, so everything was barely lukewarm...not at all what we've come to expect from this establishment...

The highlight of this establishment is truly Guigui. Her extraordinary kindness, phenomenal altruism (I believe she even founded a shelter for abandoned puppies, where she volunteers, sacrificing her precious free time—that's how dedicated she is!), her heart of gold, and her legendary beauty are truly remarkable. I'm considering moving to the United States to disinherit my children in her favor. If she were ever to leave this place, I sincerely hope her departure would be a national day of mourning. Her birthday should also be a public holiday. In short, thank you, Guigui, for maintaining BAM at this extraordinary level.
