A concept where the menu is set by...the chef! But the cuisine is precise and masterful. The dishes flow seamlessly, and the meal unfolds from one discovery to the next. The service is perfectly executed, the pacing is perfect. In short, delicious cuisine. My only reservation is that the dining room is a bit cold in its layout and furnishings. An experience well worth the detour.
