La Bottega Della Villa sur Reims

22/06/2026: A quality Italian restaurant, but... The prices are affordable, the ingredients are fresh, and the dishes are consistently excellent. The owners are friendly and pleasant, which generally makes for a very positive experience. Unfortunately, I have reservations about the service. The waitress never smiles, places the plates abruptly on the table, and seems inattentive to the customers. Her attitude often gives an impression of nonchalance and disinterest. On several occasions, she seemed more preoccupied with her phone than with serving. Another point to consider: there is no air conditioning in the dining room. On hot days, the atmosphere quickly becomes stifling, which can make the meal less enjoyable. This is a shame, as it contrasts sharply with the quality of the food and the warm welcome from the owners. I hope these points can be improved, as this establishment has many strengths. 👍

03/06/2026: Friendly staff, good charcuterie platter, however I have never eaten such bland tagliatelle carbonara, it's worthy of the pasta from my childhood school cafeteria (and that's really not a compliment)
