We had an impromptu lunch in Aubenas and stumbled upon this little gem of a place on a side street. What a wonderful find! The owner takes care of everything: cooking, serving, and taking orders with a smile and genuine friendliness. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. We were able to try the Ardèche caillettes, a regional specialty. Finally, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this restaurant!

My partner and I came to the area for our vacation and received a warm welcome from the very friendly manager. The meal was good overall. I personally didn't enjoy the chicken supreme as much; it was slightly dry in places, and there was one of the vegetables I don't particularly like, but my partner ate it! Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the breaded Marcellin sausage was delicious. The watermelon and mango sundae was a pleasant surprise, a refreshing touch that was perfect for this heat. Good value for money.

My sweetheart and I went to this restaurant for lunch one day, and the chef was very welcoming and pleasant. We had a set menu with a beer. I thoroughly enjoyed my first course, a breaded Saint Marcellin cheese with a side salad. If I could have, I would have had a second! For my main course, I had a chicken supreme with vegetables that went wonderfully with the tomato sauce—vegetables I don't usually like! And for dessert, a guilty pleasure: a chestnut cake. So there you have it, I really have nothing to complain about. The food is excellent and very good for a more than reasonable price. Go there; you'll love it. And thank you again to the chef for the great local recommendations! Excellent advice.

We had a wonderful meal. The owner is very energetic and friendly. One small complaint: the Ardèche sundae should have had one scoop of chestnut ice cream instead of two vanilla ones.
