La Bouch'en Coin sur Aubenas

A must-try! I'm writing this review from my table; we're still at the café. Beautifully presented and delicious dishes, with an incredible selection on the menu. I highly recommend stopping by!

We had an impromptu lunch in Aubenas and stumbled upon this little gem of a place on a side street. What a wonderful find! The owner takes care of everything: cooking, serving, and taking orders with a smile and genuine friendliness. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. We were able to try the Ardèche caillettes, a regional specialty. Finally, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this restaurant!

We discovered a delightful little restaurant with a peaceful, shaded terrace and a delicious menu featuring quality local produce. The owner, both in the kitchen and on the terrace, works tirelessly to keep his small establishment thriving. Hats off to him, especially during these challenging times for so many restaurateurs. My partner and I came to the area for our vacation and received a warm welcome from the very friendly manager. The meal was good overall. I personally didn't enjoy the chicken supreme as much; it was slightly dry in places, and there was one of the vegetables I don't particularly like, but my partner ate it! Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the breaded Marcellin sausage was delicious. The watermelon and mango sundae was a pleasant surprise, a refreshing touch that was perfect for this heat. Good value for money.

My sweetheart and I went to this restaurant for lunch one day, and the chef was very welcoming and pleasant. We had a set menu with a beer. I thoroughly enjoyed my first course, a breaded Saint Marcellin cheese with a side salad. If I could have, I would have had a second! For my main course, I had a chicken supreme with vegetables that went wonderfully with the tomato sauce—vegetables I don't usually like! And for dessert, a guilty pleasure: a chestnut cake. So there you have it, I really have nothing to complain about. The food is excellent and very good for a more than reasonable price. Go there; you'll love it. And thank you again to the chef for the great local recommendations! Excellent advice.

We had a wonderful meal. The owner is very energetic and friendly. One small complaint: the Ardèche sundae should have had one scoop of chestnut ice cream instead of two vanilla ones.
