An excellent restaurant chain offering great value for money. Their steak tartare is delicious, and even more so with their Roquefort sauce, one of the best I've ever tasted in a restaurant. The crispy peppers are also a real treat.

Friendly welcome, set menu meal (starter and dessert). Honestly, next time I'll order the à la carte menu, as it's more representative of the photo on the menu.
A fantastic experience at La Boucherie de Vannes! Even as a vegetarian, I was delighted with their vegetarian salad, which was truly excellent: fresh, generous, and full of flavor. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere friendly. A wonderful surprise; I'll definitely be back!
