Lunch for two; the steak tartare was good, and so were the fries. Service was quite quick – the waiter was friendly and efficient – no complaints.

So, to get a table quickly, the order took 15-20 minutes and the main course 30 minutes. As for dessert, I had to go over and explain that we would be skipping it due to an unforeseen event. Despite the explanation I received, it took 10-15 minutes and was apparently waiting for the next course because the ice cream had started to melt!
I explained this when I paid the bill, to which I was told that after taking the order, the service hadn't exceeded an hour...!!
Well, keep it up and never question yourselves!
As for me, getting off the highway to experience this, no thank you... And the cleanliness could definitely be improved! What a shame!

A bit of a disappointment. I'm a regular at butcher shops and restaurants, but this isn't the first time I've been let down by this chain.
I ordered a beef salad, a new item on their menu. The potato cakes were cold, the salad wasn't dressed, and I was told that was normal, as the salad is never dressed in this type of salad, and the potatoes aren't hot to avoid a temperature shock with the rest of the dish. The ratatouille was still hot, though...
They did, however, give me a discount at the register.

We came to eat at this restaurant as a group of three and were pleasantly surprised.
The service was impeccable, despite the fact that there were only three servers, which initially seemed insufficient to ensure adequate service. However, everything was handled perfectly! We didn't wait more than 10 minutes for our dishes, which were equally excellent. The red meat was cooked to perfection, as was the salmon, which was particularly tender.
If you're ever in Bourges, we highly recommend this restaurant!
We will definitely return if the opportunity arises again.

If you fancy waiting around at reception watching the waiters goofing off, then being placed in the middle of tables crowded with leftovers because they haven't been cleared, ending with a slightly wilted salad hastily prepared, with loud music playing in the background, you're in the right place.
