Passing through Bergerac, we decided to give it a try.
We don't regret it: the meat was simply delicious.
Plus, we arrived around 1:00 or 1:15 pm and there was still room, and despite the restaurant being quite full, the service wasn't slow and the waitress was very pleasant.
We'll definitely be back!

A wonderful discovery! A family-run restaurant with a warm and authentic atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease.
The new team has brought a real positive change: the service is attentive, the organization is seamless, and above all, the food is truly excellent. The dishes are carefully prepared, generous, and made with care; you can taste the effort behind every plate.
A simple, friendly, and genuine place, just the kind we love to find. We will gladly return.

The staff is truly competent, incredibly welcoming, and the service is impeccable.
However, the quality of the meat leaves much to be desired. The pieces are rather thin, and the meat is sinewy. The shallot was served graciously but undercooked.
As for the "hand-cut" tartare, we ended up with minced meat, which is definitely not good in a tartare.
In short, a disappointing experience. The three stars are there to commend the service.
