Wonderful bakery! Very friendly staff and delicious products

We thoroughly enjoyed the plain kouign-amann and the one with apple compote. Delicious flavors and taste! Thank you also for the warm welcome! Two tourists from Angers, who, if they return to Carnac, will definitely stop by La Boulange again!

Perfect place to find good products!

We were eagerly awaiting the reopening! We used to go there to enjoy the kouign-amann. We just went back and we're very disappointed... and surprised... the pastry doesn't seem cooked underneath, it's not crispy... must the recipe have changed? Or the pastry chef? It doesn't resemble the one we used to buy at all.

I was disappointed; the plain kouign-amann and the brioche sold by weight were tasteless despite the lovely aroma they gave off when I walked into the shop. However, the bread I bought by the slice was very good. Today I went back to get some choux pastries and bread with fruit inside; I hope I'll be satisfied this time 😁

The bread was way overcooked and really not good... I haven't tried any other products from this bakery.

A shop not to be missed. The traditional baguette is perfect, the brioche excellent, the orange pastry unique, and the caramel and dried fruit tart is a truly decadent treat. The staff is pleasant and smiling; it's flawless.

Honestly, this is one of the best bakeries I know in France! We live in Switzerland, but we come to the region every year, and it's without a doubt our favorite bakery. Every morning, I cycle 14 km just to get the best bread around and simply excellent croissants. They alone are worth the trip! The only slight drawback is the pastry selection. I'd like to see more classics like cream puffs, religieuses, or Grand Marnier acorns, which are my favorite pastries. It's a shame, because sometimes I go to another bakery just to buy them. Despite this small detail, I wholeheartedly recommend this bakery. The quality of the bread and pastries is exceptional!

Superb bakery, very good staff, no waiting, the bread, baguettes, pastries, sandwiches and other items are all delicious, we'll be back next year
